The Journal of Unmanned Vehicle Systems is a quarterly, electronic-only, peer-reviewed journal that features research related to developments in the rapidly emerging international field of unmanned vehicle systems (UVS): i.e. remotely-controlled or autonomous mobile robots, popularly known as drones, that operate in the air, on the ground, or on or below the water surface.
Articles published in JUVS may also focus on UVS-borne sensors and other payloads, as well as on the analysis and applications of remotely sensed data collected by UVS, including the development and use of advanced and automated data analytics. Submissions are welcomed from researchers and practitioners in academia, government, and industry from all over the world.
Please note: As of 2022, the Journal of Unmanned Vehicles will move to an open access model, and the APCs will be waived until 2024.
